Polycrystalline diamond blanks compromise of synthetic diamond particles bonded to a tungsten carbide substrate. PCD is used on non-ferrous materials and non-metallic applications.

PCD Blanks provide the hardness, abrasion resistance and thermal conductivity of diamond, combined with the toughness of tungsten carbide.
